Let’s get to know each other.

My name is Christina Walls and I am a Mom of 4 beautiful children, who I consider a gift from God and one of life’s most precious blessings. I consider every day life with them beautiful chaos and even though some days, being a Mom is the hardest job I have ever had to do in my life, I wouldn’t for the world, change a thing. I am a Christian and I love the Lord. In all things I praise Him and seek guidance daily, in every area of my life. I cannot imagine going through this life without him, as it is He who has carried me through some of the hardest and most traumatic times of my life.

My Training: I received my training from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN), where I studied over 100 dietary theories (Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between), innovative and practical coaching methods and lifestyle management techniques. With my knowledge, together we create individualized and personalized actions based on the goals that are important to you, in order to move you as close as possible to your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources. Throughout my education at IIN, I have been exposed to the most cutting-edge dietary theories and studied highly effective coaching techniques to help you find the right lifestyle that works best for you. As a Physical Therapist, I have a strong understanding of the human body from an anatomic and physiological perspective.  In addition to professional training,  I am able to offer sound guidance based on my own personal experiences throughout my life. I have personal experience with health conditions such as: Thyroid/ autoimmune disease, digestive and gastrointestinal issues, food allergies, and anxiety. This has led me to the education of and experience with nutrition, lifestyle changes and natural/ alternative healing.  I also have experience with unfortunate life circumstances such as adultery, divorce, stress, suicide and have been blessed to have the more fortunate and beautiful experiences of homeschooling and parenting four children. Both my professional education and certification as well as my personal experiences allow me to have compassion, empathy and understanding as well as knowledge of a wide array of conditions, illnesses, diseases and lifestyle circumstances that could be affecting your ability to achieve optimal health.

Most approaches to healthy eating dwell on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins, or even fad diets. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. As these small and gradual changes build on one another, my clients notice these changes collectively creating a much larger impact than they originally anticipated. We work on what they want to improve within the circumstances of their unique situation. My coaching technique focuses not only on the food on the plate, but also places a unique emphasis on the 12 pillars of life, which form a strong foundation for health. When these pillars become or are left unbalanced it can cause ones health to suffer and a less than optimal quality of life emerges.   I help my clients to recognize the imbalances, and offer unending support as we create goals to achieve balance in their life. I empower my clients to reach their goals, and will hold them accountable and coach them along the journey, as they transform their life and achieve true and optimal health.
